Dark Night of the Soul

Have you felt that life has brought you to your knees? That you’ve been swallowed by the depths of despair? A dark night of the soul is a very uncomfortable transformative time. It leaves us very few options other than to embrace transformation. During this class, we will explore what a dark night of the soul can look at feel like. Then, we will delve into ways to flow with its transformational gifts. At the end of the session, I feel called to send reiki to the group as a whole (including both the in person attendees, and/or those attending through the replay).

*Attendees have the option to opt out of receiving the distance Reiki.
