In my self discipline journey, I feel that it is important to know how we tick. We can recognize what motivates us to perform actions, or to be a certain way. We can also look at our inner roadblocks. When we recognize these patterns, areas of healing, and concepts to re-frame, we empower ourselves to reach goals.

We often mind the energy of our sacred spaces. We may clear our own energy regularly. But what about our phones? I think of cell phones, and other devices, as portals. I got all of my mindful moments from October up on my blog. In October, I really reflected on what it means to be a shaman.
I firmly believe in preaching what I practice, and teaching by example. I sincerely hope that these mindful moments are of help to someone.
After returning from Wyoming, I’ve been preoccupied with family life, laundry, and integrating all the information and energies from my trip. I’ve only written a handful of mindful moments. But, I set my intent to write more!
