As a Shaman, I walk in prayer and meditation. I eat with gratitude for all beings involved in getting my food on the table. I frequently stop and listen to my spirit team. And I strive to raise the vibration of my environment and the world.
They say when two or more people gather in prayer, miracles happen. I would like to invite you to join me in a nightly ritual. Every night, around 9pm Central Standard Time, I do a transmission meditation. The intention, is to raise the frequency of the world and beyond.
*Please note, that the use of “God” in this prayer is intended to refer to the divine at its highest frequency of love. You may use a different name for it, if it resonates better with you.
Here’s how we can go about it:
First, we get into our preferred meditation position.
Take a few deep breaths, focusing on our heart space. You may place your hands on your heart if you wish.
State, out loud or in your head, “Dear God, please fill my heart with love.” Be open to receiving this energy into our hearts.
State, “Dear God, please fill my body with love.” Feel the energy filling our bodies. If you can’t feel it, you can visualize light filling it.
“Dear God, please fill this room with love.” Feel the love radiating through you and filling the room. If you are not in a room, or even a building, you may use a different word to describe your location, such as the name of a park, forest, etc.
*Please note that this meditation is very much an act of surrender. We aren’t sending our own energy out to the ethers. We are holding space for God/The Divine, to use us as transmitters.
“Dear God, please fill this building with love.” At each step, expand your awareness with the expanding energy.
“Dear God, please fill this city (state name of city) with love.”
“Dear God, please fill (name of ) county with love.”
“Dear God please fill (name of state) with love.”
“Dear God, please fill the United States of America (or other country you are physically in) with love.”
“Dear God, please fill Earth, third rock from the Sun, with love.”
“Dear God, please fill this solar system with love.”
“Dear God, please fill this galaxy with love.”
“Dear God, please fill this universe with love.”
“Dear God, please fill the omniverse with love.”
And then we end the prayer in the manners that resonate with us. I like to use “and so it is, I thank you, beloved I Am.” Some might say “so mote it be” or “amen.”
I learned this prayer many years ago (in 2013) at the Hope Interfaith Center. Over time, I have probably changed the wording. And that’s okay. Play around with it, and see what resonates strongest with you. You can visualize it in different ways, such as the energy flowing through a crystalline grid, or through a web to all creatures. You can incorporate instruments, such as a singing bowl, gong, or drums. Perhaps you could explore movement, such as mudras and dancing.
Sometimes, we question our beliefs and practices and we gain new information. I asked my guides, “aren’t many other parts of the solar system and universe resonating at higher frequencies than what came come through my own personal being?” They explained to me that yes, some regions are a higher frequency. And we are connecting with them as we expand our consciousness in this meditation. And conversely, there are other regions that resonate at similar (and even lower) frequencies to Earth, and they can benefit from the higher vibes flowing their way.
Feel free to use this meditation whenever you feel called. It is interesting to see how our environments (especially in times of stress or big emotions) shift after using it.
